Background of the Project: The project lies in the scenic spot of Yunmeng Mountain, covering an area of 20km2. The annual rainfall is above 800mm. There is the only natural river drift project here with a length of nearly 10kms, which is awarded as “No.1 Floats in the north of Beijing”. The capacity to receive the tourists has reached 200,000 persons for one year ,and it brings an income of RMB12 million yuan. Therefore, a flourishing economics anticipation is available in the future.
Construction Contents and Scale: The project conforms to the general urban planning and land use planning. It covers a total area of 200 mu, with 36 tourist spots like Army’s Training Ground, Buddhist Temple and so on.
