Background of the Project: ChangShaoYing Man Nationality Town is one of the five minority towns in Beijing with a long history tracing back to 300 years before. The unique Man qualities, such as its culture and diet can be found everywhere in people’s daily life in “eight flags” villages. Because of the unparalleled Man culture and tradition, the exploitation of Man cultural street has enormous potentiality and value.
Construction Contents and Scale：This project conforms to the general urban planning and land use planning. It is planned to be built into a street which is a collection of Man culture, such as clothes and souvenirs selling, handicrafts show and meals service. We are building from antique buildings, water supply, heating and electricity to hardening the road and beautifying the environment. It covers an area of 10,000m2 , including 50 shops.
