Project Name: Fashion Capital of Beijing·Textile Cultural Creative Industry Center
Construction Location: This project is located in the commercial area and Zhanqian compound area of the central area (the Eastern Area) in the Huairou New Town. The Eastern Area is adjacent to National Road No. 101, Beijing-Chengde expressway and Beijing-Chengde railway. The urban railway line S6 crosses the Eastern Area through 6 new cities of eastern part of Beijing.
Project Entity: Huairou Eastern Area Construction and Administration Committee
Background of the Project: The Eastern Area accords with the general city planning and land use planning. The main frame of municipal communications and some public construction projects have be operated. Some important functional projects have settled here.
Construction Contents and Scale: It covers an area of 888 mu, and the planned building area is 1,160,000m2. Using textile culture as its theme, this project integrates textile fabric R&D and training, fashion design, news issuing, display and transaction. It will be built into the powerful releasing platform of international fashion design innovation and fashion industry center.
Total Investment: USD 25.9 million
Investment Intention: Both domestic and overseas institutions of textile fabric design, research and development are warmly welcome to participate in the construction of this project.
