Project Name: Science and Technology R&D Project 

Construction Location: This project is located in the multifunctional area of the central area (the Eastern Area) in the Huairou New Town. The Eastern Area is adjacent to National Road No. 101, Beijing-Chengde expressway and Beijing-Chengde railway. The urban railway line S6 crosses the Eastern Area through 6 new cities of eastern part of Beijing.

Project Entity: Huairou Eastern Area Construction and Administration Committee

Background of the Project: The Eastern Area accords with the general city planning and land use planning. The main frame of municipal communications and some public construction projects have be operated. Some important functional projects have settled here.

Construction Contents and Scale: It covers an area of 230 mu, construction height is 24-50 meters, plot ratio 2.5-3.0 and construction density 30%.
