Mr. Shan Qingjiang, Deputy Director of Department of Trade in Services, Ministry of Commerce attended the 3rd China Software Independent Innovation Forum of CISIS 2008 and Launch Ceremony of China Software Innovation Report 2008 at Furama Hotel Dalian on June 19, 2008. Mr. Shan delivered a keynote speech on developing China software industry by laying stress on five innovations, that is technology innovation, management innovation, industries innovation, enterprises innovation and IT personnel training innovation.
The Forum and Launch Ceremony were jointly sponsored by China International Software & Information Service Fair Organizing Committee and 21st Century Business Herald. These activities, on basis of independent innovation, were designed to build the platform for demonstrating Chinese software industry. China Software Innovation Report 2008 was formally released on the Forum and submitted to the leaders of relevant departments such as the Ministry of Commerce.
