From January to September in this year, the actual utilization of foreign fund of Hebei amounted to USD 1.89 billion among which foreign business investment attraction was USD 1.81 billion , a increase of 27.5% and 26% over last year respectively. Newly approved foreign enterprises were 274, a decrease of 12.5% over last year; Contract Foreign fund amounts to USD 2.2 billion, an increase 122.8% compared with the same period in last year. Newly registered foreign enterprises were 234, an decrease of 18.2%, and total foreign registered capital is up to USD 1.52 billion, an increase of 73.7% .
