For the purpose of further strengthening the law enforcement of securities and futures markets, the Inspection Division of China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the CSRC) conducts a public test-based recruitment of workers from China and abroad. The related issues are hereby described as below:
I. Basic conditions for applying for the test:
Applicants shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Upholding the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;
(2) Having the proper conducts and sound professional ethics;
(3) Having the required physical conditions for the normal performance of personal duties;
(4) Born after January 1, 1972;
(5) Having the qualifications for applying for the post;
Fresh college graduates and college undergraduates as well as army officers and soldiers in service shall not sign up for the test.

1. Having received the computer qualification certificates and engaged in the work related to software development, data analysis and network administration for at least two years;
2. Working in the securities and futures sector and engaged in the work related to network administration and system maintenance for at least two years;

III. Nature of posts and working place:
This recruitment involves the official staffing as verified and approved by the state departments in charge, and the working place is Beijing.
IV. Signup:
The signup for this test-based recruitment is conducted via internet and no on-site signup is available. The signup shall be arranged according to the following process.
(I) Inquiring about the type of posts on offer:
Applicants shall visit the CSRC website, namely www.csrc.gov.cn to browse this notice, and determine the type of offered posts as required by the post information and qualification conditions.
(II) Submitting the signup applications:
1. Time and method for submitting the signup applications: Applicants shall visit the CSRC website, click “personnel information” to enter “signup for public test-based recruitment for the Inspection Division of the China Securities Regulatory Commission” or directly click the mobile window “public test-based recruitment”. The signup deadline is 17:00 on November 23, 2007.
2. Filling up the Application Registration Form of Public Test-based Recruitment of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Special attention shall be paid to the following items as the aforesaid Registration Form is to be filled up.
(1) Applicants can choose only one post when they fill up the Registration Form;
(2) Once the successful submission of signup information has been confirmed, it’s forbidden to sign up for a second time;
(3) Applicants shall use the same ID cards during the signup process and test;
(4) Applicants must provide the accurate means of contact and keep the contact smooth.
Special attention: Applicants shall provide authentic information. In case of false statements, the applicants concerned, once discovered and verified, shall have their test or recruitment qualifications cancelled.
(III) Qualifications for the paper test:
Applicants, once reviewed and approved, shall be notified by the CSRC of their participation in the paper test.
(IV) Online printing of test permits:
The paper test-takers shall, within the specified period, visit the CSRC website and print their test permits.
V. Contents of paper test:
The paper test shall include the public and professional subjects. The public subjects involve the tests of analysis and argument, and administrative professional competency. The professional subjects involve four majors including law, accounting, finance and banking, and computer according to the type of posts on offer. The test-takers shall attend the paper tests on professional subjects according to the posts they apply for. The paper tests shall mainly check the applicants’ basic and professional qualities. No review materials are designated.
VI. Place and time of paper test:
The test-takers shall choose one paper test in any of the following test locations, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Shenyang, Beijing, Chengdu and Xi’an.
The time of the paper test will be notified later.
