Seminar on ICT Parks and Outsourcing Business-Innovative Approach for Competitiveness is held at Bayshore Hotel Dalian on June 19-20. The seminar is sponsored by Department of Trade in Services, Ministry of Commerce, United Nations Industrial Development Organization and China International Center for Economic Technical Exchanges and organized by China Association of Trade in Services and China International Software and Information Service Center. The seminar is supported by EU-China Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property and is one of highlights of CISIS 2008.
Mr. Hu Jingyan, Director General of Department of Trade in Services, Ministry of Commerce made opening remarks on behalf of the sponsors of the seminar. The seminar mainly focused on development experiences of international software park, global demand and trends of software and product development offshoring-global competition & market opportunities and Intellectual Property protection, and approaches to increase competitiveness of China outsourcing industry.
